I honked my horn on my neon and now it won't stop. I have to hold my hand on the wheel in a certain position to keep it from honking. How do I disconnect the horn and where should I take it to get fixed? DEALERSHIP $$$$?

Thanks for the advice. I did pull the fuse after I realized it was under the hood. I had to take it to the dealership and it's a piece where the air bag connects or something that is gonna cost me appx 900 dollars not to mention the other stuff they found that was bad. So 3000 dollars later, I will have a new 2002 dodge neon.

Thanks again for your help on this, I really do appreciate it. ! :)
