Car will barely move when you try to drive. Feels like something is holding the car, like the brakes are stuck on or something. Have not used the emergency brake.

Could be trans or brakes. Sometimes the rear brake hose will fall apart inside and create a flap that holds brake pressure and keeps the rears applied until it can bleed off pressure. If you loosen the line at the rear between the rubber hose and the wheels and it releases, it is most likely the rear brake hose
