2001 Dodge Neon blown fuse

I'm having problems with one fuse. It is number 7 on the fuse box that is located in the cabin. When this fuse gets blown, I have no air conditioning neither backup lights. If I replace the fuse, everything works again but for a very short period.

Please help me.
