2001 Dodge Neon

01 Dodge neon that wont start or even turn over. It makes a rumble noise when I try to start it, and the starter relay just keeps clicking after that, until I disconect it or the battery. Replaced that and took the starter to get tested and they said it was good. Please help

Did you check the battery? Make sure battery connections are tight. And clean of corrosion. Also make sure battery is fully charged!

Did all that and I had bought a brand new battery thinking it was that.

Ok. Since that may not be it. Check the starter relay and the starter.

A good starter test is put the battery cables pareallel and have someone crank it. If they jump the starter may be bad.

Most autopart stores will test the components for free if you bring it in.
