1 Bubbling-sounds like engine overheating

2. Stater-what is wrong with it-won't turn over/clicks/or nothing happens when key is in start position.

Battery clean up didn't seem to work. Battery is fairly recent is ok. How do I make sure the connections are tight?

Load test the battery to check its condition-maybe the electrical pressure is low and unable to crank the engine over due to a malfunctioning alternator.
