Electrical problem
1998 Dodge Neon 89001 miles

I have a 1998 Neon and I have replaced the relay flasher and installed the bulbs; fuses have also been checked and are okay.
I am still having a problem with turn signal lights blinking rapidly in front and rear right and left signal are not working.
Could you please tell me what the problem might be and how do I go about repairing it.

Thanking you in advance for any help you can provide.

The switch on the steering column is popular for causing this problem. It's an easy change. Take the 3 screws out of the bottom of the steering column with a #2 Phillips head screw driver (Note: There is four screws, you want the two closest to you and the one farthest back, the one in the middle near your ignition is for removing the ignition cylinder) one you have the top cover off you'll see the one screw holding the switch in place. Unplug your battery, pop the switch out plug in new one, replace screws. Its not guaranteed but lots of people I've talked to have this problem.
