I'd want to check for applicable trouble codes. Some of the national brand auto stores used to check some codes for free. I just wondered if there were any charging systyem codes? Even if the alternator is new, if there is a problem with wiring circuit somewhere, it may not charge. If you have a digital multimeter, we can do some testing?

There could be excessive IOD, Ignition off draw, my info says 30 ma is normal, that is.030, no where close to half amp, .500. If the draw is excessive, you pull fuses one at a time and reinstall. When the draw returns to normal, the problem should be on the circuit of the last fuse pulled.
