1997 Dodge Neon car hesitates at steady throttle only

My dodge neon hesitates at steady throttle only. I put new wires and plugs on it thinking that would solve the problem, but it still does it. It does not do this in idle or at any other time, only when driving at a steady speed. Its not that rough of a stutter but it is annoying.

Oxygen sensors.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
