1996 Dodge Neon check light

I was driving the otyher day it just came on did a cheap code check withthe 3 times igntion on/off gave me a 12 and a 21 does anyone know what these codes mean also today when I pulled into the driveway it went out any help would be great thanks

Code 12 means battery has been disconnected from PCM - nothing to worry about -

Code 21 refers to oxygen sensor problem. There are two on your car
