1995 Dodge Neon changing from a dual overhead CAM to a sing

I would like to know is there any speacial detail that would stop me from changing from dohc to a sohc head on my 2.0 4cyl. Motor?

You got money? Best bet would be to buy a single cam engine. That way you dont ahve worry bout cam timing. Sensors. New heads, intakes. Timing cover. Etc.
