Hi
i was wanting to no somting about my 1995 dodge neon well we were driving it on really low oil and when I got home I parked it and when I went to start it back up it started up and was makin areally werid sound and I turned back of and when I went to start it back up it woundnt start back up I put 3 qurts of oil back in it unhoked the battery post for about ten mins. And hoked it back up and still nothin so I was wanting to no if you could help me figger this one out>>!

Need to check for spark and fuel pressure to see what is keeping it from starting

My dad puluged a spark plug up to it and it fired red he said it was a weak fire and my dad also said the fuel pump is workin he checked that already but what does it mean when its red?

Red/orange is weak spark. Next need to check for injector pulse. Need a test light(noid light is better) for this. One side of the injector plug will have power, the other is the ground which is how the computer turns on the injector, by giving it ground.
