I bought this car used, and rebuild the engine just after 6 months as there was blue smoke comming out of entine. Now I have white smoke comming out of the exhaust which is consistant even after car is warmed up. Also I am not loosing the coolant quantity and and even car is not extra heated. Can you please guide me?

You may need to replace the head gaskets. Oil could be seaping through the gaskets allowing oil into the valve and piston chambers causing the oil to ignite and send white smoke through the exhaust. Another more serious issue could be that you may have faulty valve stems that are bent or your pistons / piston rings have gone bad which will also allow oil from the crank shaft housing.
