My power window switch on the passenger door, up front, does not work. But the window will work on the drivers side panel door. So I bought a new switch for the passenger door, figured it had to be in the switch. Well low an behold I was wrong. What else could it be?

What about the rear windows? Did you try them? From looking at the diagram, the only thing that may cause the malfunction is the "lock" switch by the driver side. Look at the driver side switch panel, you may see a "lock" switch. That is meant to stop operation of other windows for safety, if you have young children. If the other two windows don't work, that switch may be defective.
