WHEN I TRY TO REFUEL MY CAR IT TAKES ABOUT 15 MINS. FUEL THE CAR. KEEPS BACKING UP IN THE FUEL NECK AND SHUTTING OFF THE NOZZLE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE GAS TO DRAIN DOWN INTO THE TANK THEN START AGAIN. ANY IDEAS.

Check your EVAP proportional purge solenoid and vent valve of your EVAP emission system.
