2002 Dodge Intrepid Lights

When I start the car the interior Dasboard lights go on and then when I drive they start to slightly flicker. They never go out they just sought of flicker or it looks like tjey are vibrating. Then when I put my headlights on and I drive they get get brighter when I race the engin. I'm thinking Battery or Voltage Regulator.

As soon as possible, have your electrical system checked out. It is very possible that your alternator not putting out enough electricity or it is simply loose drive belt or loose battery and/or alternator connections.
