A cracked head or bad cylinder head gasket will do this. Bad intake gasket also and few other things but a heasd gasket takes care of most everything. Have it pressure tested with the plugs out and then disable spark system and see if a cylinder sprays out coolant. Ok Gotta crank it with the spark and injectors disabled. Ok If it has over 60, ooo miles they will go.

I hope not, which engine are you working with and what is the mileage? Have you seen it anywhere but in the oil? Either engine I hope it is not bad. The pump mounts on the front cover on one and the block on the other, either way is not very good for it to be leaking inside, maybe the block. Good luck.
