DEAR SIRS; I HAVE AN OVERHEATING ISSUE. I RECENTLY HAD A NEW THERMOSTAT INSTALLED, BUT CONTINUE TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. IT TENDS TO OVERHEAT IN HOT AND EVEN WARM WEATHER. STOP AND GO DRIVING, AND IF I IDLE TOO LONG. WHAT SHOULD I LOOK INTO NEXT? SIGNED JUST AS HOT AS MY CAR.

Sounds like it may be time for a radiator fin cleaning and a cooling system flush to see how that helps the situation. If that still doesnt help I woudl check the cooling fan and water pump for proper functioning.

Water pump can be checked by holding the hose shut and releasing, you hsould feel water rush by and pressure build up.
