2000 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Automatic 52000 miles

I pulled off part of the plastic dam on the front end of my Intrepit. Can I take the remaining part off/ Will it cause problems? If yes where can I get a new part? Thanks

Its design to maximize the air flow throw the radiator area
it may not effect you but then again it may its all depend on your driving
try to use a plastic tie to hold it togther

I try fixing as suggested. Found black ties at Walmart 20 for 1.38.
