Interior problem
2000 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 50,000 miles

I purchased the car in late 2000. After about 5 years, the door seals (all 4 doors) started to pull away from their glue points. I was wondering how much a repair like that would cost.
Also, the front piece under the bumper came off. Again how much woluld cost? I am just looking for ball park estimates.
Thank You

As for your door seals, go to AutoZone and purchase a tube of yellow seal tack. It's glue specially designed to hold soft rubber seals in place. It'll cost you about $5 bucks.

Then follow the instructions on the back of the tube.

As for your bumper, did you break the piece or is it a piece that's come unbolted?

If it's a break, then the entire bumper will need to be replaced. A used bumper will run you about $150, and if you can't find a bumper the same color as your car, then it'll be another $150-$200 for paint. Then look at $100 for the install.

If it's just a piece that can be bolted back on, then a it'll depend on the mechanic. But I'd do it for $20 bucks.

If I've helped you, please take the time to vote for me, as my reputation pays my bills. Thanx, Ernest.
