2000 Dodge Intrepid Intrepid electrical problems

I have 2000 intrepid, when you start the car, ABS, air bag and parking light comes on. The blower, turn signals, power door locks, and power windows don't work. Sometimes if you turn key to accesory everything is fine until you start car. I checked fuses, everything is OK. Could it be ground wire somewhere? Any ideas on how to fix this?

I had all the same symptoms except the door locks still worked but the running lights wouldn't come on. When the ambient temperature was cold I didn't have the problem so it was very intermittent. After checking all fuses and relays it came down to the IGNITION SWITCH! $29.99 and 5 min to install it (plus putting the steering column back together). NO more problems even in hot weather. Give it a try and good luck.
