After starting my car I am not able to open my windows, the AC will not work nor does the fan. In addition, the seat belt light on dash board will not go off and various other lights on dash board. Does this mean that the Ignition Switch is bad? What could be causing this problem?

I'd check the feed to and from the ignition switch. To the ign switch pink wire with black tracer, hot all the time. From the ign switch to power window circuit breaker and other, black wire with orange tracer, goes hot when you turn on the key.
