1999 Dodge Intrepid Driving Performance

When i'm driving about 10-40 miles per hour the driving performance of the two front wheels just doesn't feel right, it feels like you can sense the tire rolling down the street, when I'm driving a new car it feels different, you can't sense the tires and it ride smooth. when hit the speed bump you can hear the suspension from the front squicking a little, and when I'm drive over 10 miles per hour and hit the brake the steering wheels shake, I already change the brake pads,links, inner and outer rod, change it a little bit but the problem still there. I want it to be smooth when i'm driving, so can anybody help me. thank you
