The heat from heater take a while to get warm and when driving and fan on high it seems to blow kinda cool air but after it has been driven a while and you stop and let it idle after a few minutes it will start to blow hotter air and when you start driving the air cools down but if I keep fan control on a lower speed it seems to heat inside of car better. Thermostat has been changed and heater core backflushed car seems to run at normal temp. I'm kinda lost cause normaly you have to turn heat down after a few to be comfortable and not roast you out.

Could be a problem with the air mix/blend/mode doors, vacuum and actuators, to include the HVAC control module
