my car is burning up coil packs in about 15min i have replaced everythning including the ecu the signal wires were bad so i got new ones but it keeps doing it what my cause this

It sounds like the powertrain control module (PCM) is causing the problem. It is designed to send more power to the ignition system upon start up so you get a hotter spark and the engine starts easier when cold. However, after starting, the power is to be reduced to prevent burning out ignition components. If it doesn't do this, it will burn up the coil.
