CAR HAS A 3.3L ENGINE, DOES THE A/C BELT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE BLOWER MOTOR WORKING. CAN A LOOSE BELT CAUSE THE A/C BLOWER NOT TO WORK.

No, that would be either the blower, the switch or the blower resistor. The resistor is the most common, but test for power to both the resistor and the blower. If power stops before it gets to the blower, the resistor needs to be changed.
