1994 Dodge Intrepid cooling fans

The radiator cooling fans will not come on. They will come on if I disconnect the teperature sensor near the thermostat housing. I installed a new temp sensor but the fans will not come on

Could be a fuse, fan relays, radiator fan module and computer-see EWD below
