1993 Dodge Intrepid 150000 miles

First I do not see the battery, can you tell me where it is located? Also the car has a postive & neg post but the veh will not start. Any ideals?

The battery is under the hood, driver side front. Are you saying the starter won't even crank? If that is the case, make sure the battery has a full charge and the cables/wires are ok. There is also a starter relay in the power distribution center, you could do some testing there. Did you try cranking in neutral? Any testing make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.
