2002 Dodge Durango my truck shuts down when put in gears

My truck was down for 3 days due to gas line was frozzen 4 day it turn on but know when I want to go forward or backwards it stop or if I press the break pedal it shuts down help?

Sounds like you may have your torque converter lock switch stuck in overdrive mode which will cause your vehicle to shut down no matter what gear you put it in. It can be tested by a transmission shop
