I left the ignition on for a few hours resulting in a dead battery. I heard a clicking type sound under the dash board as I released the hood lock. Jumped the battery. No problem starting. Now the idle won't go below 3000. Fuses are OK. I have no O2 relays in the fuse box.

I have seen some Dodges that wouldnt idle at all after a dead battery, for some reason their computers dont have a base to go off of, so they need drive cycles to learn from. Try shutting off and restarting it, also try driving it so that the throttle is varied so the PCM can learn.
