My engine will just die when I, driving and when you turn the key off the gas gage registers on empty. After sitting for a few minutes the gas will register and the car will start. I repplced the fuel pump and the fuel censor.

If you replaced the pump and sender then it might be losing ground. Check your installation and make sure teh ground wire is working or connected well. Make sure your electrical connection is good as well. Sounds like it's not.
