Not everytime I drive but 3 out 5 times when I do the abs and brake light come on and stay on my brakes are working fine what does this mean

The ABS Computer has detected a problem and shut the system down. Your mechanic will connect a hand-held computer to read the stored diagnostic fault code(s). The codes will direct him to the circuit or system with the problem, not necessarily the specific part.
