2005 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Automatic 35000 miles

the steering feels when your driving, not all the time. Just every now and then. If I take off the cap from the pump and turn the wheel from lock to lock 10 or 12 times it goes away for a while

Hi:
When you turn the steering left to right with the engine off, basically you are bleeding the system. Thus, I believe you are getting air in the system. Do you have any leaks?
