I have the same thing. I have an 05 Dakota SLT 4x4 with the V8. It squeaks on bumps & turns. I have tried to look at it and can't narrow it down to an exact part. It sounds like the bottom of the shock/strut mount.

Here's what I have found via Dodge Forum. Com and Dodge Dakotas. Com. Look at the rubber bushings. This seems to be a common theme with our Dodge Dakotas. Use mobil 1 synthetic grease and the squeak will probably go away. If not, then start looking at ball joints, both lower & upper.

If you aren't mechanically inclined, take it to a front end specialist. You can take it to a Dodge dealer but I discovered in some of the posts that they have been stumped by this problem. Hope this helps you. I'm going to try these recommendations as well.
