2004 Dodge Dakota My DTC from a OBll was P0499 EVAP High

How can I fix this, is it possible do fix it own my own, or should I bring it to a dealer, I have some knowledge, I can usaully fix something if given the basic idea on how to. Thank you for your time Doug

I have a funny feeling it may be nothing more than either a loose gas cap or a gas cap that needs to be replaced, and replaced with the proper cap. Just do that first and let me know what happens
