Brakes on front end are sticking. Causing rotors to overheat and smoke. What would cause both calipers to stick

Two first things that come to mind are a hydrolic restriction such as collased berake hoses internally

Having such low miliage and my gues is the brakes have been done once in the front, I would look to the calipers.

First look at the calipers and make sure the hoses aren't twisted from the being pulled off at a prior point.

Pull the calipers off and see if the piston is able to move freely and the slides are allowing the pads to move freely.
