The day I heard the front brake pads grinding I replaced them. After putting them (the new ones) I on, the brakes pulsate when I apply them. The brakes work great for stopping the vehicle. This tells me either the rotors need turned or replaced. I have plenty of brake fluid. Any recommendations?
