Just replaced the wheel bearings and outer tierod ends on both sides. I now have a noise that sounds like a squeaky door when turning left. The noise is occuring more frequently and getting louder. Wheel has no play shaking/rocking wheel side to side but moves slightly top to bottom when rocking wheel. Lock nut on spindle is torqued to 180 ftlbs. Old bearing was in poor condition on the right. Could spindle be undersized/wore? No visible damage to spindle. Noise is only present when turning left and is coming from the right(passenger) wheel area.

Do you only hear it while making the turn or all of the time when turning? If you are stopped and turn, does it make the noise or do you have to be moving?

The noise is/was only present when turning and throughout the entire turn, beyond a certain(early) point.

I have since pulled the new hub after reexamining the right front assemblies and re-torqueing everything. I have discovered that the NEW bearing/hub assembly is BAD. The inside bearing is loose and leaking grease. There is excesive play in the bearing, moving at least 1/8 of an inch in and out.

Part was installed less than 2 weeks and began making noise in just a few days!

Thanks for your reply and efforts on my behalf. I think this issue has been resolved. Thanks again!
