2000 Dodge Dakota WIRING

I have replaced my heater coil and in putting everything back together I cannot find where this one wire harness plugs into. The color of the wires are sky blue and grey. It is a short connection about 1 ft. It seems to go back toward the dash around the cig. Lighter 12v power and passenger air bag. Can you help me.

When you state that the wires are light blue and grey, do you mean that this is a single wire with light blue and grey as the stripe? Or two separate wires? Is there any elec. Component not working properly? A/C, heater, radio etc?
