Sometimes I get a thumping or popping noise in the floorboard on the passenger side when I go into a righthand turn, what could it be?

It may be a suspension part loose or its bushing shot. Check it. It could be something else. Older truck, may be part of the front drive system also. If I can help ask for Joe
