Hi Cindi:

I'll do my best to help. I need you to check a couple things. First, do the other electrical items work? Next, have you checked the battery terminals to make sure they are clean and tight? Is the battery producing a minimum of 12 volts? Finally, I need you to get a helper. Have the helper turn the key to the start position while you (using a volt meter) check the smaller wire on the starter for power. In the start postition, the starter should receive a minimum of 12 volts to that wire.

Let me know what you find.
Joe
