1998 Dodge Dakota Horrible front end wobble

I have a horrible wobble in my front end when I turn in either direction at higher speeds (such as a turn on the highway) and I am not sure what it is. When I look in the wheel well, I don't notice anything out of place, but then again, I am not an expert. Any idea on what it might be?

Hi:

The problem could come from a steering component, a bad tire, or a loose Steering Gear/Rack & Pinion. If you could safely lift the fron end of the truck, shake the tires left and right to see if there is any play.
