1998 Dodge Dakota Hard Idle- then only cranks

I have this problem- It was idling rough when I started it last week. Tried to apply the accelorator, but no difference. Now it just cranks without starting at all, I suspect it may be the Fuel Pump, but not certain. Any ideas?

Try shooting a little carb cleaner in the throttle body to see if it will start. If it starts, see if you can hear the fuel pump running in th egas tank, if not it may be a bad fuel pump
