1998 Dodge Dakota caliper retaining allen bolts

I am replacing the rotors and disc pads on my truck. When I removed one of the allen head bolts, the threads on the bolt and / or the bracket are worn to the point where the bolt will not tighten. Can I use an oversize bolt, try to re-tap, or what??

Go buy a loaded caliper and it will come with a new mount and caliper. This is MUCH easier that trying to drill and tap and use a helicoil..
