Every time I accelerate past 25mph the entire truck begins to wobble and vibrate. Once I release the gas, it then returns to normal and no longer vibrates. Where it is the nosiest is right in-between the bed and the cab. I have a feeling it is the joint connecting the drive-shaft to the transmission, but I could be wrong. Any suggestions?

Get under there and check the u-joints, sounds like one of them is about to come apart. My guess is you hear a clunk when you put it in gear?
