This truck is not used much so sits around a lot. Last time I moved it, it had no brakes. I parked it on a level spot and replaced the brake fluid, which was empty. Hitting the brakes, while parked, the pedal went to the floor, and the fluid is again empty.

What needs to be repaired?

First fill resivor again and have someone get in the truck while you are under it and apply the brakes. It sounds to me you have a leaking wheel cylinder located on rear brakes or have a pin hole in the brake lines itself.
