My alternater will not charge my battery, I put in a new battery and a new alternater, and it still wont charge.

There are 5 things.
1. Battery
2. Alternator and its red cable, and ground cable.
3. Both PCM and Field wiring.
4. Battery cables and terminals.
5. The PCM itself.
With your age and mileage, most likely the terminals or wiring, one of the field wires is fused and is supplied from a relay, so check all the engine compartment fuses or fuse link wires, near the battery.
