Hello how are ya? I am looking for an estimate to get my truck running. It is a 1987 dodge dakota 6 cylinder. I went to go somewhere the other day and it would not start.I have already replaced the fuel pump and filter with no luck. It cranks and cranks but will not start. It seemed to wanna start when he sprayed starter fluid in it but not really. Please help, I need my truck for work and cannot afford to but a new one.

If you're giving it a starting fluid and won't start-you probably don't have spark

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard
