1987 Dodge Dakota Starter

I'm working on an '87 Dakota 3.9. I've having a terrible time trying to get the starter out. I've removed the top bolt, but I can't find the lower bolt for anything.

The other posting on here about this issue is very vague and not very helpful. Where exactly is the lower bolt so I can get this thing out?

Here is a picture of the starter. If you removed the top bolt, look at the picture so you know where to look for the other bolt.
