Starting issues

I have 1999 dodge caravan 6 cylinder 122,000 miles. We have had trouble with it starting. It acts like it has a dead battery but after trying to staart it a couple of times it will start. You let it sit a while and the same thing happens. I replaced the battery thinking it might be the battery but it continues to do the exact samething. It will start on the 3nd or 3rd try. Please help

Has youre Van had a resent tune up New spark plugs / wires / Coil packs tested?

Sounds like a starter. Does it click and not turn over?

My 98 Caravan 3.3 will not start just every now and then no clicking no nothing. Turn the headlights on and try it it does not dim them. I think it is the ignition switch but it will not do it when I have tool and can check it out.
