Squeaking Motor

Dodge Caravan - 1998/137347 miles. For the past month now, our engine is emitting a squeaking noise. It first started lightly and only until the engine warmed up. Now it's doing it all the time, mostly when you step on the gas (it quiets down when you take your foot off the gas), and it's louder. It's not the fan belt, but the sound is similar. Help!

It's the tentioner pully, idler pully or water pump.

Try turning off the air conditioner before starting and see if it still squeaks mine also squeaks but when I turn off the a/c it stops dont know why though good luck
